EVENT PRODUCTION, EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING + CUSTOM FABRICATION

Shopware is a trendsetting ecommerce platform for building and customizing a fully responsive online store.
Summary:
We partnered with Shopware to design two dynamic experiential marketing activations in Brooklyn, NY: Women in Ecommerce (WE) and Shoptoberfest 2025.
- Women in Ecommerce (September 15th): An intimate, luxury pre-event at Moondog HiFi, tailored to empower and celebrate women in tech. Guests enjoyed premium beauty services, curated bites, bubbly, and interactive sponsor activations in a chic, branded environment.
- Shoptoberfest (September 16th): The main event at Radegast Hall & Biergarten brought the energy of Oktoberfest with a Brooklyn edge. Featuring interactive games, photo-worthy installations, and branded touchpoints, the experience merged Bavarian tradition with Shopware’s innovative spirit.
The events attracted high-value industry professionals and decision-makers, successfully increasing brand engagement, lead generation, and positioning Shopware as a community-driven leader in eCommerce solutions.
Results:

Event Production
- End-to-end execution: From ideation and vendor sourcing to on-site management, Prototype MKTG provided full-service production.

Activation Points
Women in Ecommerce:
- Manicure and massage station elevated the guest experience with personalized pampering.
- Create Your Own Scent Bar allowed attendees to craft a bespoke fragrance—a memorable, luxury takeaway that reinforced brand affinity.
- Branded perfume boxes and signage extended visual branding.
Shoptoberfest:
- Interactive games (4 in a row, shuffleboard, giant Jenga, etc.) brought energy and guest participation.
- Custom Bavarian photo cutouts created Instagrammable moments for organic social amplification.
- Custom nametags doubled as keepsakes and functional networking tools, ensuring Shopware branding was front and center.

Fabrication
Custom builds included:
- Life-size Bavarian cutouts (corrugated plastic).
- Branded collectible nametags (laminated PVC with pin backs).
- Bespoke perfume boxes and signage for the Women in Ecommerce event.
- All fabrication reinforced Shopware’s branding while creating engaging, tactile guest experiences.
Foot Traffic
- Women in Ecommerce: 30–40 women in tech participated, with strong engagement across all wellness and interactive stations.
- Shoptoberfest: 200+ attendees, including influential partners and decision-makers, actively participated in games, photo activations, and networking.
- Social visibility: Branded photo moments and experiential activations drove organic sharing on social media, amplifying Shopware’s reach.
